The plan fee covers planning services. Hotel and ticket costs are paid directly by you to the providers and are not included. We only assist with booking and charge no extra booking service fee.
Before arriving in China, we communicate by email to discuss your needs and revise the itinerary. After purchasing the Full plan, you can reach us via WeChat for instant chat and emergency support during the trip. We'll provide the dedicated contact by email after payment.
